Staying at this hotel was a unique experience that I would recommend to anyone. The rooms were absolutely wonderful, with a generous supply of toiletries. I even got upgraded to a room with a better view once it became available, which was built like a cave and provided a wonderful experience living like a caveman.

The service was very friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Zen and all the boys in the coffee shop who served us breakfast. They looked after us so well. However, it was a bit slow to cater to all the guests possibly due to some staff being untrained.

The location was superb and only a short walk away from popular attractions. It afforded spectacular views of the mountains and the balloon flights as it was on a hill. It was truly unlike anything I've ever seen!

The dining experience was good, especially for vegetarians like me. I had plenty of choices. However, the Mediterranean food was quite expensive compared to similar Turkish establishments in the category.

The service ranges from extremely helpful individuals to poorly groomed and inhospitable staff. The location overlooks a beautiful valley with hot air balloons, though some may find it disappointing. The dining experience offers a nice combination of traditional and Turkish items but may not cater well to Indian vegetarians.
